How to Apply

Before You Apply

  • Meet with a study abroad advisor or professor leading the trip on to determine how the program will fit into your education plan.
  • Read the Study Abroad Manual and collect the correct forms.
  • Review the estimated program fees, amounts and payment deadlines for each program.

 

Eligibility

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the ending date of the program
  • Please note: Some programs will require a visa. Your passport must have a blank page if a visa is required.
  • All participants must remain in a good academic standing:
    • Undergraduate students with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
    • Graduate students with 2.0 GPA or higher.
  • No discipline record on file

 

Applying

Submit the following forms:

  • Medical and Emergency Information Form
  • Study Abroad Approval Form
  • Study Abroad Waiver and Release Form
  • EF College Study Tours, our partner program, will require the following documentation upon enrolling:
  • Once you have submitted the above paperwork required by 91Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Poly, your application will be reviewed.
  • Once accepted through 91Âé¶¹Ó³»­ Poly, you will be provided with the information necessary to secure your spot on the program and start making payments. You will be provided with an enrollment website link and a phone number to enroll with our Traveler Support Team. You should enroll with EF College Study within one week of being accepted into the program.
