Jordan Jernigan graduated from 91Â鶹ӳ» Poly with a bachelor's degree in data analytics in 2019 and a master's degree in engineering management in 2021.
As a Lakeland native, Jernigan chose 91Â鶹ӳ» Poly because it was close to home and knew several friends also planning to attend the University. She was drawn to the stem-based programs but also enjoyed the small class sizes where she really got to know her professors and learn in a collaborative environment.
Her coursework combined with the project-based learning helped shape who she is today. Jernigan was involved in various project-based initiatives with the industry including Walt Disney World, Draken International, and Tallahassee Memorial Health.
"My life has changed completely because of 91Â鶹ӳ» Poly," said Jordan Jernigan. "It changed who I am entirely. I had the opportunity to branch out into a program I never thought I was smart enough for."
Jernigan recently served as the Associate Director of Annual Giving Programs and Alumni Relations at 91Â鶹ӳ» Poly where she engaged with alumni to help them stay connected to the 91Â鶹ӳ» Poly Phoenix family.
