The 91ΒιΆΉΣ³» Poly University Board of Trustees (the "Board") is established as a public body corporate, with all the powers of a body corporate as provided by the 91ΒιΆΉΣ³» Constitution, 91ΒιΆΉΣ³» law and by delegation of the 91ΒιΆΉΣ³» Board of Governors (the βBoard of Governorsβ).
The Board has all the powers and authority to effectively govern and set policy for 91ΒιΆΉΣ³» Poly University ("University") and has and exercises those powers and duties prescribed by law.
To more effectively discharge its responsibilities and duties, in connection with its governance of the University, the 91ΒιΆΉΣ³» Poly University Board of Trustees has adopted the following bylaws.
